14 ~ Jr. High Christmas Party, Noon-2:00 PM

Everybody dress up for Christmas in red and green, sparkly, etc. and come to the Annex for a Christmas party! We will give a prize to the person who looks the most “Christmasy.” Bring a gift to exchange – limit is $12 cost – be creative – what would YOU like to receive? Box it up and wrap it for someone! At the same time, bring in a blanket – the type you can get at Walmart for $5 (like Mrs. Keiser has in her classroom) – that we will donate to the homeless shelters to hand out this winter! We will have lunch, activities, and our gift exchange! This is an activity for those in grades 6, 7, and 8!

21 ~ Sr. High Youth Christmas Cookie Fundraiser

This was great fun and a great success last year (we have had many people asking if we can do it again), so we are going to offer our delicious cookies again this year. Last year’s cookie exchange, by the NYG families, was impressive! Each youth participant can donate 4 dozen HOMEMADE Christmas cookies. These will be arranged on tables in the Holy Family Hall from 7:00-8:00 AM and be sold after both of the services that day. Please sign up to bring cookies (say what type) and when you can help (7:00-8:00 set up / 9:30-10:30 sales / 11:30-12:30 sales and clean up). ALL COOKIES must be in the Holy Family Hall by 7:00 AM on Sunday. You can put them in that room before that and label them for “Christmas Cookie Fundraiser.” Please include an index card with cookie ingredients for each recipe. Please encourage your own families and others to buy the cookies for their Christmas goodies–and even for gifts! If you don’t make cookies, you can still buy them! This is an activity for those in grades 9-12. WE NEED MANY BAKERS!

Also on 21 ~ Christmas Caroling for All, 5:30-7:30 PM

The Youth will sponsor an all-church activity of caroling for our church family shut-ins. This is a wonderful activity for ALL ages! We will meet in the cafeteria at 5:30 PM and bag up goodies for our shut-ins and then head out by 6:00 PM. We will have routes to drive. Who we get to bring good cheer to, depends on how many carolers and cars show up! We will carol from 6:00 to 7:00 and then meet back at the church for hot chocolate and donuts! Come join us for this annual tradition to bring good tidings of great joy to all!

24 ~ Christmas Eve

  • 4:30 PM – Living Nativity in the Concordia Cafeteria. Please contact Ms. Goodspeed to see how you can help!

25 ~ Christmas Day Mass, 11:00 AM

We have many ways to participate in the life of the church!
We hope YOU can join us!
